No subscriptions you forget about, no dashboards nobody asked for.
CidTools didn't start as a company with a product roadmap. It started as a handful of small annoyances that kept coming up in our own day-to-day work — too many terminal windows open to keep track of Claude Code sessions, a full database IDE that took too long to open just to run one query, an icon file we couldn't tell the contents of without writing a script to check.
Each of those annoyances turned into a small, focused tool. CidToClaude, Ez Sql Plus, and Icon Commander are the first three, and the same rule applies to whatever comes next: we build it because we needed it ourselves, not because it looked good on a roadmap.
That's also why pricing stays simple and the tools stay small. We're not trying to be your whole toolchain — just the parts of it that were worth fixing.
